I'm Back!

What a wonderful week we just spent in the midwest visitnig my in-laws! Lainey Bug loved seeing her Grandma and Papa and her Aunt and Uncle and cousins! It was a break much needed, especially for my hubby!

For all of you who didn't see already, I am holding a sale through tomorrow night that gets you 10% off your entire purchase! It was set up before I left to keep me busy when I came home and I think it worked! I've had a good amount of sales and will be nice and busy over the next week getting them all out!

Hey Arizona! Come check me out!

I was just invited to participate in a local fundraiser in Scottsdale, AZ on Novemebr 15th from 10am-2pm. For all of you locals out there, come stop by and help out a great Preschool with their fundraising! Close to 300 people are expected but we could always use a few more! Bloomin' in the Fall!

So I have had four requests now for bloomers and wasn't offering them in the shop just yet, but had always considered doing them since I never let me Lil Lainey Bug out without them! Since I don't use patterns (weird, I know... I just like exploring things on my own) I thought they can't be too hard, it's like making super short pants, which I am pretty good at now. So over these last two days I have knocked out four pairs of super cute bloomers, two that are more like shorts, two more like traditional, underwear looking bloomers. I just added two of the shorts-like ones to the shop and will add the others once I make a few more (shipped them out without taking any pictures! Ha!) And made matching applique tops for them as well! A-Dor-A-Ble! So tell me, what do you think of them?

Good Morning!

Today has been such a relaxing morning so far! I just love it! My Lil Lainey Bug has been in a wonderful mood and so talkative! My husband, R, left for work early just about when I put the munchkin down for a nap. Then I have spent the last two hours listening to John Mayer's and Michael Buble's soothing voices as I sew my little heart out! I couldn't be happier or more at peace! I highly recommend to find some great voices to accompany you as pursue your hobbies and crafts, makes the experience that much more enjoyable! Happy Saturday Morning everyone!

Welcome to the new blog! Its been about three weeks since 'Lil Lainey Bug Boutique opened on Etsy and we are doing pretty good!
